Another charity packet from Carol E. at Sunshine. The packet contained the yellow, red and green. I had the 30's print in my stash and it all matched perfectly.
I wanted a fun but easy and quick block, so I chose Houndstooth from Quilterscache.com I actually pieced it rather than using the paperpiecing directions, I cut rectangles 3½x4", measured in 1¼" in from the ends along the long sides on the opposite ends and cut a diagonal line between them.
